Rats can climb fairly well, they've got the darkvision, quick bursts of speed, but Charisma doesn't seem like a Ratfolk strong suit. That said, Intimidation is a Cha skill after all. These ratfolk declared war on Imperial Lung Wa in 4251 AR and seized a dozen cities before the Imperial Army drove them back into the deeps and sealed the entrances to the Darklands behind them.
